Track and Field

Track and Field was a late blossoming passion for me as I discovered it at the beginning of Freshman year. Right as the season started I became obsessed with it and started to dedicate my off seasons to the sport. As my career went on, I discovered I have a love for the 200 meter sprint, 400 meter sprint, and most importantly the high jump and long jump. Eventually, in my last season, I became varsity captain. Throughout my high school track career I experienced injuries that would put a halt on competition. This landed me in Ken's office, our physical therapist. This exposed me to many practices and exercises that physical therapists do, preparing me for my career.
Boy Scouts

I began my journey as a cub scout during elementary school and stuck with it until I became an Eagle Scout in the year of 2019. It was one of the most valuable things that I could have done with my spare time because it taught me how to be a leader, trustworthy, accountable, honest, hard working and many more qualities that I very may well have not gained without this experience. This will help me obtain a job no matter what as an Eagle Scout is very respected in society.
Basketball

Basketball has always been a long time passion of mine. I always find myself watching the NBA whenever it is in season and taking great interest in it. I began playing basketball in elementary as school around the same time I began cub scouts. It was just for fun until I entered high school, after that it became something that I took very seriously and started to notice big strides in my skill level. During my last year of the sport, I was voted to be the varsity captain of the team along with two other fellow players. This taught me leadership and responsibility like no other, especially with a team that would leave everything on the court on a day to day basis.
